Melon juice is a great skin toner and reduce a double chin. It contains lots of vitamins, proteins, phosphorus and calcium. Get fresh melon juice and apply it to the chin and neck areas with a cotton ball. Leave it on the skin for about 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse with fresh water. For best result, you can mix some apple juice with the melon juice and apply to the chin with a massage for a few minutes.
Milk is the best remedy for the double chin. It consists of lactic acid and many other nutrients including Vitamin A, D, B6, B12, biotin, protein, potassium, calcium, magnesium. Apply milk on your chin area. Leave for sometime and then wash off with lukewarm water. You can mix milk and honey to make a mask and apply this to your chin. Leave for 15-20 minutes and then wash off with lukewarm water. Repeat this daily.
6. Green Tea:
While most double chin treatments involve using ingredients topically, green tea is something you have to ingest to get rid of your double chin. There are tons of antioxidants and chemical components in green tea that help speed up your metabolism. This can get rid of extra fat that may be causing your double chin. Drink 1 to 3 cups of green tea per day to get rid of your double chin.
7. Cocoa Butter:
Cocoa butter helps in increasing the skin elasticity, therefore getting rid of double chin rapidly. Warm up some cocoa butter and massage the area under your chin with this butter for 5-10 minutes and let it stay on. Do this several times a day for quick results. It would not only get rid of the double chin, but also make your skin glossy and smooth.
